Consul General H.E. Yang extended his best wishes for the Chinese New Year of the Dragon and said that China will insist on high-quality development as the top priority for building a modern socialist country in all respects, Chinese economy has stayed on the track of steady progress and will continue to provide strong impetus for the world economy. China-Pakistan friendship has been strengthened over the years. It is hoped that both sides will implement the vision plan and work together to build an "upgraded version" of the CPEC in the New Year, and make new contributions to deepening the China-Pakistan all-weather strategic cooperative partnership.

The attending guests congratulated the Chinese New Year of the Dragon, spoke highly of China's development achievements in various fields and its major contribution to the construction of the CPEC, and looked forward to more cooperation with China.
