New Visa Form to be Used on 1st September, 2013

New Visa Form (Form V.2013) will come into use on 1st September, 2013. The applicant is required to use the new Form from 1st September, 2013 and complete the form truthfully and clearly. The form of previous version will no longer be accepted.
